Impurity on clothes ?

Question:

I picked up my child whose pants were wet due to urine. Consequently, I noticed wetness on my clothes. Did my clothes become impure? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The wetness on your clothes is considered impure, hence if it is the size of a dirham (i.e., the hollow portion of the palm) it becomes necessary to wash off before prayer. Nevertheless, if a person prayed in such a condition, the prayer would be valid even though one would be sinful. If the wetness is LESS than the size of a dirham, it is sunnah to wash off. If the wetness was MORE than the size of a dirham, and you prayed in that condition, the prayer would be invalid and must be repeated.
