Selling car to someone who takes loan from the bank

Question:

A Muslim works at a car dealership and he sells a car to someone in such a manner that the customer takes a loan from the bank in order to purchase the car. However, the bank pays the car dealer directly instead of the customer physically taking the loan from the bank and paying the car dealer. Would this type of transaction/occupation be permissible for a Muslim? Answer: ِﺑ ْﺴ ِﻢ ا ِﷲ اﻟ ﱠﺮ ْﺣﻤ ِﻦ اﻟ ﱠﺮ ِﺣْﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Generally, when a salesman is selling a car in the above-mentioned manner, he facilitates the obtainment of an interest-based loan for the customer which entails assistance in sin, hence this type of job/transaction would be impermissible. Allah (s.w.t.) says, “And do not assist one another in sin nor aggression.” (Surah Al-Maidah: v. 2) Furthermore, it is mentioned in a Hadith that the Prophet (s.a.w.) cursed the consumer of interest, the one who gives it, the one who witnesses it, and the one who records it (Abu Dawud: Hadith 3333).
