What is a good amount of Zakat given to poor person ?

Question:

Is there a limit on how much Zakat should be given to one person. For example, if I want to give 2-3k to someone so they can set up a business so they can be financially stable would that be permitted? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When giving Zakat, it is preferable to give a poor person such an amount that would suffice him for that day. It is disliked to give him such an amount that reaches nisab or more and it would make him a possessor of nisab, nevertheless, the Zakat would still be valid. However, if the poor person is in debt and you gave him as Zakat the amount of nisab or more, however, his debt exceeds his wealth in a manner that he cannot be considered one who possesses nisab, then it would not be disliked. Similarly, if you give Zakat money that reached nisab or more to a poor person who has a family, and if he were to spend that money upon every family member, nisab would not remain, then it would not be disliked. Currently (8/12/20), the gold nisab amount in British pounds is £4367.82, hence, if you give 2-3K to a person that is Zakat-eligible, it would be permissible without any dislike.
